Who says plates of mixed greens can't be substantial? Add a delightful substantial flavor to your green plate of mixed greens for an all the more fulfilling, paunch busting feast on this exceptional event! 

Here are 3 overwhelming yet sound plates of mixed greens you can serve amid your Father's Day festivity: 

Bacon and Butternut Squash Salad 

What you require: 

1 thick cut bacon, cut into little pieces 

2 mushrooms, cut 

2 containers arugula 

1/4 container cooked butternut squash solid shapes 

2 tbsp. disintegrated goat cheddar 

1/2 tbsp. vegetable oil 

1 tsp. pine nuts 

1/4 tsp. broken dark pepper, or more to taste 

Warm oil in a little pot and cook bacon pieces for around 3 minutes. Include mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes increasingly or until mushrooms are delicate. 3/4 cup cooked turkey bosom

1/4 glass olive oil 

1 tsp. Dijon mustard 

1/2 tsp. dried oregano 

1/2 tsp. sugar 

Salt and ground dark pepper 

To make the vinaigrette, join garlic, white wine vinegar, mustard, oregano and sugar in a medium bowl. Painstakingly include olive oil, whisking always. Season with salt and pepper then put aside.
